| Mended Hearts -- meeting is every 3rd Monday of the month in the Medical Center Conference Room at 7pm. Mended Hearts is not only for survivors of heart events but also for their friends and families. |
| T.O.P.S. (Taking Off Pounds Sensibly) -- meeting every Tuesday in the Medical Center Cafeteria. Weigh in is from 4:30 to 6:00pm and the meeting is from 6:00 to 7:00pm. |
